For those of you who don’t know, ISC West: it is the security industry’s premier event for new products, solutions and technologies.
Each year, ISC West hosts over 1,000 international and domestic security product manufacturer companies, making ISC West the largest exhibition hall in North America for Security.
The show provides almost 30,000 security professionals from all segments of the industry with the latest products, solutions and insights.
This year, for the first time, we were thrilled to be at the show with our own Clay booth! Our team had been to the show multiple times before, but without our own booth, or as part of the SALTO Systems booth. So, this year’s ISC West was especially exciting for us.
Companies from all around the world were at Las Vegas, to share the latest news in security. Visitors were there to search for new exhibitors, products, technologies and valuable information on the future of the security industry.
Our booth was located in the Connected Home Pavilion, even though we mainly focus on B2B and not on B2C. This location was intentional, we wanted to grab the attention of visitors with our ‘Enough of smart home, let’s talk smart business’ messaging. Our target business verticals were also featured on our booth, to draw professionals from hospitality, student housing, co-working or retail businesses among others. Traffic was great, especially the first two days the show floor aisles and exhibitor booths were very busy, and the level of engagement at the booths was high.
On the show floor, it was inspiring to see booths like Nest’s and demos like Bosch’s. Many presentations, demos and conversations taking place at the show have been valuable for attendees and exhibitors as well.
While attendees gained insight into the innovative products and technologies that are released to the market; exhibitors had the opportunity to meet potential customers and better understand the needs of the security professionals, as well as end users.
Overall, we’ve been very happy with the number and quality of attendees and the interest in our solution; Clay Locking Platform. The show has been an ideal place for us to introduce our locking platform, and make the distinction between Clay and our partner SALTO Systems.
