SALTO Group Hackathon ‘23

The SALTO Systems Group hackathon was a great success! About 80 people from all SALTO group companies came all the way to Amsterdam to collaborate on new innovative ideas, and we must say it were three very fruitful days!

The inspirational atmosphere was contagious, and we wish everybody could've been a part of this experience, which we hope to organize annually. That's why we created this after-movie so all of you get a glimpse of how these days went.

A big thanks to everyone who made these days a great success. Keep an eye out on our product portfolio; our next product might be an outcome of the hackathon 😉

You can tell our work bonds us on days where you find us in a bar after working hours, continuing a great conversation or discussion while enjoying a pint (or two).

As Bricks, we are tech-savvy and fascinated by the product we build, being aware of the global impact our work has. We celebrate our wins, and we work together to overcome our losses. We feel inspired by the work we do and the talented Bricks we get to do it with. And we are always on the lookout for new tools that inspire us and make the product even better.

As Bricks, we are passionate about what we do. We take pride in our work and strive to improve ourselves continually and be flexible. That also means we take ownership, responsibility and sometimes take calculated risks. We have tunnel vision for quality; therefore, you can be assured the work we deliver is a product of hard work, dedication, and passion. Only our best is good enough.

Clay Culture Club

The Clay Culture Club to highlights Clay’s awesome culture - whether working remotely or when working from the office (a.k.a The Brick House). Everyone who joins Clay automatically becomes a member of the Culture Club. The Club organises regular events, such as bouldering for the adrenaline junkies, internal Hackathons for the techies and Friday beers for those who, well, just like beer!
